Are your kids afraid of the dark?  Being scared of the dark is common.  Here’s how to help kids overcome fear and be confident, solo sleepers.


A fear of the dark can start as early as 2 or 3 years old when kids' imaginations start to go wild. But, at this age, our kids aren’t mature enough to distinguish between their imagination 😈 and reality 😀.


It’s our job as parents to help. But lots of times we get this wrong and we end up actually encouraging their fear.


So if your child won’t sleep and you think they MIGHT be scared of the dark, keep listening…
